Patty has extensive experience in customer service, including two years at LOGO Expressions and prior work as a spirit wear buyer for a high school booster club. Skilled in both in-person and remote interactions, she is committed to delivering outstanding service. In her free time, Patty enjoys time with family and friends, walking her mini English Cream Doodle (Callie), beach visits, and working out.

Marcy brings 19 years of experience in the promotional products industry, progressing from office assistant to sales consultant. She is dedicated to exceptional customer service and specializes in apparel and unique decoration techniques. Marcy enjoys traveling, football, sewing, games, dancing, and movies with her husband and their rescued torbie cat. (She is frequently called “Nancy” due to her last name and laughs it off with a smile.)

Melody has over 25 years of experience in printing, promotional products, custom packaging, and branded apparel. She specializes in helping authors promote their books and works closely with VA Medical Centers to support veterans. Melody enjoys traveling, family time with her husband of over 30 years and their three daughters, cooking, church activities, gardening, and shopping.

With over 20 years of sales experience, Melynda builds strong advisor relationships and delivers innovative promotional solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Recognized with a “Circle of Excellence” award, she is known for going the extra mile. Melynda enjoys spending time with her four teenage daughters, deep sea fishing in the Caribbean, cooking, and attending concerts.

Bruce Goldberg founded Specialized Office Systems in 1985 on the pillars of outstanding customer service, quality products, and seamless logistics. He is passionate about family time, hiking the Grand Canyon (29 hikes over 24 consecutive years), and helping clients succeed. Bruce understands the challenges businesses face and has built a team equipped to support client needs in marketing, client retention, trade show marketing, employee retention, and brand consistency.
Vice President of Operations
Alex Jones brings deep expertise from the print and promotional products industry, where she advanced to Director of Fulfillment Services. At Specialized, her knowledge of apparel, promotional items, and fulfillment makes her the go-to expert for custom kits. She has led software migrations and company rebranding. As VP of Operations, Alex drives process efficiency, superior customer experiences, and a strong company culture. She recently earned her MBA from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. Outside work, she enjoys family time, concerts, tennis, and travel.
President & CEO
Nathan Goldberg is a second-generation owner and President of Specialized. A University of Arizona graduate with an MBA from Arizona State University, he oversees daily operations and sets the strategic vision. Drawing on his expertise in marketing, technology, and business operations, Nathan helps clients optimize their organizations through people, technology, and products. In his free time, he enjoys family time with his wife and three children, sporting events, and driving performance cars.
